Selling Homemade Food in Oklahoma
Oklahoma lets you sell homemade food without a licence, subject to a sales ceiling. Until October 31, 2026 that ceiling is $75,000. On November 1 it rises to $250,000 and the law is renamed.
Both figures are live right now, which is why the exact date matters. If you are planning production or pricing, work to $75,000 until November 1.
